I LOVE THIS BOOK. I LOVE TONI TIPTON MARTIN.

Every recipe is a careful, sometimes a bit intricate but always incredible hit. A real love letter to African American cooking. This book helped me develop my own gumbo and jamblaya recipes. My favorite recipe is the Pickled Shrimp.
